Homeowner Submits Request
A homeowner in your territory submits a quote request through the TradeSpan Electrical website — homepage, location page or service page.
We Route to You
The enquiry is forwarded to you by email or CRM with the customer's name, contact details, location and job description. You respond directly.
You Quote and Win the Job
You contact the customer, carry out a site visit if needed, and provide a written quote. If the customer proceeds, you carry out the work and invoice them directly.
Monthly Retainer
You pay a fixed monthly retainer for exclusive access to your territory. No per-lead fees. No commission on jobs. Flat monthly rate regardless of volume.

Cancellation policy: Founding partners commit to a 90-day initial period at the founding rate. After this, the subscription moves to Standard pricing with 30 days written notice required to cancel. No refunds on months already paid. TradeSpan reserves the right to remove a partner for failure to respond to enquiries, complaints from customers, or conduct that breaches our partner agreement.
Before your territory goes live and enquiries are routed to you, we need the following. This protects you, protects customers, and keeps the TradeSpan standard consistent.
Public Liability Insurance
Copy of your current public liability insurance certificate. Minimum £1 million cover. Must be current and in your trading name.
Qualifications
Evidence of relevant electrical qualifications. For notifiable work including consumer unit replacement, Part P certification or equivalent is required. NICEIC, NAPIT or equivalent scheme membership preferred.
Service Area Confirmation
Confirmation of the postcodes and areas you can cover within the territory. Be specific — we route enquiries based on location and will not forward jobs outside your confirmed area.
Contact Details
A direct phone number and email address for enquiry routing. Enquiries will be forwarded here — you must be reachable during normal business hours.
Emergency Availability
Whether you can accept emergency call-out enquiries and your typical availability. We will only forward emergency enquiries if you have confirmed you can respond.
Job Types Accepted
The types of work you are qualified and equipped to carry out — repairs, EICR, consumer units, full rewires, commercial work etc. We match enquiry type to partner capability.
Signed Partner Agreement
A simple written agreement covering lead routing, payment terms, response expectations, professional conduct standards and cancellation. We send this once your application is approved.

Respond Within 2 Hours
All routed enquiries must receive a response within 2 business hours during your confirmed working hours. Faster is better.

Feedback Cooperation
We request customer feedback after completed work. Partners are expected to cooperate with this process and address any complaints promptly.
